Location: Denver Tech Center (onsite)
Pay: $26-28/hour
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday

About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a growing, fast-paced organization seeking an AP Vendor Maintenance Specialist to join their accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and has a strong attention to detail when managing vendor data and compliance requirements.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, giving both you and the company the chance to ensure the right long-term fit.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process new vendor setups, updates, and terminations
  • Review and verify vendor documentation, including:
    • W-9s
    • Tax ID information
    • Banking details (ACH/EFT)
    • Certificates of insurance
  • Maintain accurate vendor master data in the system
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
  • Research and resolve discrepancies related to vendor records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather missing or updated information

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, ideally in a high-volume environment
  • Direct experience with vendor maintenance/vendor master data strongly preferred
  • Experience reviewing vendor documentation and ensuring compliance
  • ERP experience required (Oracle is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive communicator with a team-oriented mindset
